Your Responsibilities:

As a Strategic Program Management Intern, you will support the steering of programs that implement strategic decisions from executive management into practice. These programs span across multiple organizations, including Value Engineering, Product, Strategy & Ops, Ecosystem, Services, and Business Apps.

• Enable and shape data-driven decision-making for management.
• Design and conceptualize strategic programs, including data analysis.
• Support and oversee program execution from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and guide all involved parties in their respective streams.
• Take ownership of specific streams, ensuring their success.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Report to executive management on program progress and outcomes.

Your Profile:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technology & Management, Economics, or a comparable program.
• Ability to act autonomously in highly ambiguous situations.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling using Google Sheets.
• Confidence to present to C-level executives and large audiences.
• Experience in consulting and a strong interest in data analytics.
• This internship can be completed in our Munich or Madrid Office.
