About Us

For our global project division, we are looking for a dedicated personality who brings organizational talent, strong communication skills, and a passion for international collaboration.

Your Tasks:

• Taking on the role of Global Project Coordination in the field of medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics
• Close collaboration with international colleagues
• Planning and coordination of customer projects – from the quotation phase through audit and evaluation processes to invoicing
• Interdisciplinary coordination with medical and technical experts within the scope of audit and product evaluation coordination
• Participation in customer meetings and project discussions, as well as regular status communication
• Taking over country responsibilities, including optimizing interfaces
• Interface function with operational and administrative areas of the globally active group
• Implementation of regulatory requirements into market-ready organizational structures
• Maintenance and further development of relevant databases and IT tools (e.g., SAP)
• Assumption of general administrative tasks as well as special projects and assignments

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training or a completed degree in a commercial field
• Professional experience in the described field of activity is an advantage
• Interest and enjoyment in intercultural cooperation
• High customer orientation as well as independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enthusiasm, initiative, and innovative spirit
• Strong assertiveness and resilience
• Excellent team and communication skills
• SAP knowledge and confident handling of Office applications are an advantage
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
