Start with us and take responsibility in the position described below.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Tracking of loose and missing parts by helicopter
  • Close coordination with Engineering regarding new design concepts
  • Creation of all relevant Manufacturing Engineering data
  • Communication regarding upcoming deliveries
  • Responsibility for smooth delivery to the FAL
  • Implementation of innovative fixture concepts
  • Acting as a focal point for all tooling topics
  • Creation of master data in SAP (bills of materials, manufacturing plans, etc.) in accordance with divisional standards
  • Creation of SOI and FT (Standard Operating Instructions, Fiche Technique)
  • Carrying out cost calculations and target/actual comparisons of manufacturing costs
  • Support of production areas and solution of manufacturing technical problems
  • Processing of quality notifications
  • Participation in projects within work preparation (e.g., optimization of procedures, work standards, and methods)

What You Bring:

  • Completed technical apprenticeship with further training as a technician (m/f/d), a degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing/production, and production planning and control
  • Several years of professional experience in aerospace technology or production systems technology
  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP
  • Initial user knowledge of Catia V5 and G-Suite
  • Knowledge of MTM and REFA
  • Fluent German and proficient English language skills
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Very good technical understanding
  • Teamwork skills and resilience in a dynamic work environment
  • A high degree of independent, structured, and conscientious work, as well as flexibility
