We look forward to receiving your meaningful application, stating your salary expectations and the earliest possible start date.\n\n### Responsibilities:\n\n* Deliver 1st- and 2nd-level support for SAP SuccessFactors modules\n* Analyze and resolve system issues, user queries, and process-related incidents\n* Act as a liaison between People departments, IT, external providers, and SAP support\n* Contribute to process optimization and functional enhancements, including release evaluation and configuration improvements\n* Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, FAQs, and process flows\n* Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure usability and compliance across countries\n* Participate in governance forums to align modules with our global People Digital strategy\n\n### Qualifications:\n\n* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Learning, Performance & Development)\n* Background in application support, People systems, or as a key/power user, ideally in an international environment\n* Proficiency with service and project management tools\n* Solid understanding of HCM data flows for root-cause analysis and corrective actions\n* Basic technical knowledge of cloud-based People platforms and end-to-end HR processes\n* Strong customer service mindset, with an independent working style and collaborative approach\n\nPlease send your cv in English!\n\nAt CENIS, qualifications count -- regardless of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation/identity, and social, ethnic, or religious origin.
