To strengthen our team, we are looking for Auditors (m/f/d) in the North Rhine-Westphalia region to conduct audits.

Responsibilities

Conducting evaluations and audits at training providers
Assessing measure approvals
Reviewing measure and provider documents as part of approval processes
Documenting audit and evaluation reports
Creating well-founded audit assessments for presentation in our internal decision-making process
Communicating with providers to clarify queries or request missing information
Collaborating with the certification body within the scope of certification decisions
Providing expert input for the further development of our auditing system
Optional participation in special cases, statements, or objection proceedings

Qualifications

Your Profile

You work analytically, structurally, and responsibly – both independently and in a team.
You are characterized by strong communication skills, teamwork, and diplomatic tact.
You are proficient in using digital applications (MS Office, CRM, standard software).
You have excellent written communication skills in German.
A background in education, administration, or business is advantageous.

Professional Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience with an AZAV-approved provider is required – ideally in a responsible role (e.g., as a measure manager, site manager, QM representative, or similar). Alternatively, experience with another competent body.
Sound knowledge of SGB III, AZAV, and the operational processes within provider organizations.
