Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage an existing customer base
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Execute revenue strategies and plans
  • Lead and develop regional sellers
  • Build relationships through customer visits
  • Prepare forecasts, reports, and profit analyses
  • Track competitors and market trends
  • Meet revenue goals and key KPIs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years selling electronic components
  • Experience collaborating with engineers on designs
  • Multi-country direct sales background
  • Willing to travel 30--40% (including overnights)
  • Experience in medical, consumer, industrial, security, IoT, or agriculture markets
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Distribution or rep-firm experience is a big plus
