Working Student - Content Strategy & Automation (m/f/d)
We are seeking a highly motivated Working Student to join our team at the intersection of strategic marketing and AI content automation. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects, from optimizing AI-driven search visibility to building scalable content workflows with n8n. It's an ideal position for a proactive student with consulting or startup ambitions, eager to apply an analytical mindset to real-world growth challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect AI Workflows: Build production-ready automation workflows using n8n and other low-code tools to create a scalable, high-impact content production engine.
- Master GEO: Contribute to our strategic growth pillar in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), exploring methods for organic growth within leading LLMs.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Engage in high-impact projects that require innovative solutions.
- Content Ownership: Manage your own content portfolio, measuring, reporting on, and iterating based on identified actions to drive outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- AI Native: Genuine interest in prompt engineering and experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar low-code automation platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data beyond the surface, question AI-generated output, refine it, and derive data-driven conclusions.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive, intellectually curious, and a "builder" who takes initiative to create and implement solutions.
- Communication: Excellent English skills are mandatory for articulating complex strategic ideas and producing high-quality written content.
- Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., Startups, VC) or a top-tier management consultancy is a significant plus.

Important Information
- This is a working student position, limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester.
- Applicants must be currently enrolled at a university and provide valid proof of enrollment ("Immatrikulationsbescheinigung" in Germany).
- Compensation is hourly at €18.
