(Senior) Product Owner (all genders)

What you will do

At chargecloud, we're building Europe's digital heart of EV charging. Our cloud-based ecosystem - with the chargecloud Operating System at its core, extended by whitelabel frontends and partner services -- empowers charging heroes to run and scale their charging business, kWh by kWh.

To strengthen our growing product organization, we're looking for a Product Owner. Your future domain could sit closer to the customer-facing experience, the commercial and financial backbone, or the technical and data foundation of our platform -- we'll define the best fit together during the hiring process.

• Take full ownership of your product domain -- from discovery to delivery to measurable outcomes
• Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing autonomously based on product strategy, customer value, and effort/risk
• Run continuous discovery: talk to customers and users regularly, validate problems and solutions early, and prove concepts before scaling them
• Define and refine requirements with engineering leads and stakeholders; translate complex business, regulatory, or technical topics into clear deliverables and measurable outcomes
• Maintain and communicate an outcome-oriented roadmap that balances innovation, customer needs, and platform stability
• Use data and product metrics to inform decisions, measure impact, and iterate -- not just to report
• Work within our Product Development organization, iteratively delivering new capabilities and improving existing ones

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to manage complex backlogs and to translate between business, customer, and technical needs.
• Hands-on experience with modern product development practices -- continuous discovery, iterative delivery, outcome-oriented roadmapping, and evidence-based prioritization.
• You define success metrics, work with product analytics, and let evidence guide your decisions
• You actively use AI tools in your work today and think about how AI can improve both products and processes
• You understand how modern software platforms work (e.g. APIs, integrations, cloud architectures) and can hold your own in discussions with engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus
