Talent Acquisition Coordinator - 12-month Contract (all genders)

What you will do

To strengthen our Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (all genders) with a focus on recruiting coordination and active sourcing.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months with a remote-first working model within Germany.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interviews, calendars, and candidate communication across several recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for everyone involved.
• Identify and approach suitable candidates through active sourcing and help build qualified talent pipelines for different vacancies.
• Support CV screening and structured candidate pre-selection based on clearly defined role requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, candidate information, and process documentation in Personio.
• Coordinate communication and next steps with Hiring Managers, candidates, and interview participants.
• Contribute to reliable Talent Acquisition operations and support the continuous improvement of our recruiting processes.

Your profile

• You have practical experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination, sourcing, or a comparable role.
• You are confident working with recruiting systems and understand the importance of accurate and complete documentation. Experience with Personio is an advantage.
• You have experience with active sourcing via LinkedIn or comparable platforms and enjoy identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
• You can support CV screening and candidate pre-selection based on clearly defined criteria, applying a structured and objective approach.
• You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively when managing several vacancies and stakeholders in parallel.
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and professionally with candidates, Hiring Managers, and colleagues.
• You speak English and German at least at B2 level.
