In your role as a banking clerk as a credit advisor (m/f/d), you will be responsible for your own customers and will guide them from the application to the closing.

Job Description

• Telephone consultation of your customers from inquiry to credit closing - without cold calling
• Expert analysis of customer needs
• Creation of individual and optimal credit offers according to customer specifications, often with exclusive CHECK24 conditions
• Optimization of your customers' existing financing
• Contact person for your customers for queries and in the further process, e.g., when uploading documents or using video identification procedures
• You act as a link between your customer and our bank partners

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or experience in the banking sector, e.g., banking clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable apprenticeship
• Great enthusiasm for sales
• Communication and persuasion skills through a friendly demeanor on the phone
• Good instinct for quickly recognizing customer needs
• Structured and results-oriented way of working
