As an AI-Automation Manager (m/f/d), you will automate processes that run thousands of times daily. You will work on AI-based classifications, decision systems, automated workflows, and system logic that support our teams and resolve customer inquiries in seconds. This will make CHECK24 customer service AI-based, faster, more efficient, and smarter.

Your Responsibilities

• Teamwork: From day one, you will work closely with data analysts, AI experts, and our customer advisors in the Automation Team.
• Take Responsibility: You will be responsible for the operation and further development of our system landscape – from customer service processes to automated customer communication (e.g., emails, push notifications) – and keep an eye on all KPIs.
• Develop AI-based Logic: You will develop new, AI-supported processes that resolve our customers' concerns in seconds – from problem analysis and concept development to implementation in the backend with IT.
• Improve Products: You will analyze existing processes and further develop them using LLM decision paths to ensure they run with minimal manual effort, maximum speed, and the highest quality, offering our customers an outstanding service experience.
• Manage Agile Projects: You will manage the implementation of your features – from prioritization and conception to go-live – including IT coordination, testing, and quality assurance.

Your Qualifications

• Strong Academic Background: You have completed your studies with above-average results – ideally with an economic, technical-mathematical, or interdisciplinary focus (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Media/Communication Studies, Engineering, or similar).
• Strong Analytical Skills: You have excellent analytical thinking skills, are data-savvy, think in terms of KPIs, and enjoy working with processes.
• Passion for Automation: You recognize optimization potential in existing processes and want to holistically rethink processes with modern AI technology – from customer problems to smart process automation.
• Passion for AI/LLM Tools: You enjoy working with generative AI models (e.g., GPT, CursorAI), experimenting with new tools, and using AI specifically for process optimization.
• Drive and Communication: You articulate your ideas clearly, enjoy interdisciplinary work, and find quick, viable solutions even in dynamic situations.
• Language Skills: You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
