Your Tasks

Project Planning & Operational Control

  • Definition and control of project goals, scope, timeline, and budget
  • Planning, coordination, and management of software projects as well as delegation of sub-tasks
  • Recording of specialist requirements and complete documentation of project status
  • Ensuring sustainable results and smooth handover to operations

Methodology & Quality Management

  • Flexible application of modern project management methods and tools
  • Continuous review, adaptation, and transparent presentation of project progress
  • Implementation of targeted quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with standards
  • Assuming overall responsibility for projects and delegated sub-areas

Stakeholder Management & Risk Control

  • Systematic and proactive management of project risks
  • Active and strategic management of various project stakeholders
  • Confident conflict management within the project team and with external partners

Your Profile

Education, Qualification & Certifications

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Economics, or Computer Science
  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, IPMA Level C)
  • Demonstrable qualifications in communication or presentation techniques

Professional Experience & Expertise

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in leading IT projects
  • Sound technical knowledge and practical experience with a focus on IT and digitalization initiatives
  • Strong understanding of the interfaces between technical and business aspects
  • Analytical, conscientious, and structured way of working

Communication & Team Leadership

  • Experience in the lateral leadership of project teams across various specialist departments
  • High competence in the efficient coordination of complex interfaces
  • Strong communication skills at various hierarchical levels, coupled with a pronounced ability to effectively resolve conflicts.
  • Proficient language skills in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
