More information about us and the role:
Application processes can initially spark curiosity but quickly become tedious. Let's approach this differently – we've dug out our old school yearbook and used it as a template to describe our work, our team, and the company we're building together:
My name is: Chili and Change (including: Laura, Hendrik, Jenny, Nico, Paul, Lara, Jana, Lisa, David, Maike, Annabel, and another Jana)
Five words that describe me: Consulting for modern collaboration, self-organized, unconventional, colorful, curious
I was born: Early 2019 by Hendrik and Paul, who previously successfully built an innovation agency with 18 other people as a self-organized team, bringing a wealth of experience.
I call home: A beautiful, bright co-working office with a workshop space in Frankfurt-Bornheim... but also, of course, the home office.
What I do well: Showing leaders how to break new ground, experiential learning, building and supporting strategic teams for clients, establishing self-organized organizational structures, doing things differently, laughing at work.
What I love: Confidently seeing opportunities in change, using time consciously and focused, doing meaningful work, after-work gatherings on our rooftop terrace.
My big dream is: To sustainably and positively change how people work together!
How others would describe me: Innovative practitioners! The Chilis know what they're talking about and authentically live what they preach. Empathetic, relaxed, systemic, and focused.
What others like about me: Self-responsibility, approachability, professional yet friendly interaction with clients, flexible working hours, transparent salary model, continuous team development, exciting projects.
What you can learn from me: Developing effective interventions for clients, how a self-organized team works in practice, pitching, effective client requirement clarification, great learning experiences, conducting technical-philosophical discussions.
What annoys me: Distrust, rigid processes that are more important than good collaboration, stagnation, pointless activities, unfocused chaos, being unpragmatic.
What I'd like to do someday: Write a book about our leadership tool, the Shared Leadership Compass.
During the day, you'll find me: At corporate and mid-sized clients, on-site or virtually in video conferences, or in our office discussing ideas and developing the company together.
What sets me apart from...
Management Consulting: Just as precise, but with more sleep and less suits. New Work Co-Working Think Tank Space: Just as enthusiastic and creative, but with more results. Systemic Consulting Firm: Just as effective, but digital.
