Your Mission

As a full-time Sales Manager, you will be one of the most important growth drivers at cinify. You will actively acquire new customers, build sustainable relationships in healthcare, and bring deals to a successful close independently. At the same time, you will help us to continuously develop our sales processes and strategies. You will work directly with our Head of Sales and the founding team -- and have maximum creative freedom.

Responsibilities


From day one, you will be operationally at the core of the business:

  • Independent new customer acquisition (Outbound Sales)
  • Identification, research, and qualification of leads
  • Building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers in clinics and practices
  • Conducting sales talks and presentations
  • Independent execution of product demos
  • Offer and contract negotiations
  • Management of the entire sales cycle -- from initial contact to closing
  • Maintenance and management of the pipeline in the CRM system
  • Co-design and optimization of our sales processes

In short: You are not support -- you are responsible for customer acquisition from the initial research to the signature

Qualifications


This is what you bring:

  • Initial relevant experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
  • Enthusiasm for active sales and direct customer contact
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills
  • Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working
  • High motivation, ownership, and startup mindset
  • Interest in healthcare and digital solutions
  • Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in SaaS or software sales
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or clinic market
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho

More important than perfect prior experience: Your drive and your will to convince practices of cinify.
