Allen Bradley PLC Engineer
Location: Germany (Remote-based with European travel)
Salary: Up to €100,000 + 10% Bonus

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Allen Bradley PLC Engineer to join a growing team delivering advanced automation solutions within the data centre sector across Europe.
This is a remote-based role with extensive travel to sites across Europe, working on large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and commission Allen Bradley PLC systems (ControlLogix / CompactLogix)
- Develop and modify PLC code in line with project requirements
- Integrate PLC systems with SCADA, BMS, and other control platforms
- Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and on-site testing across European projects
- Diagnose and resolve faults within automation systems
- Work closely with project teams, clients, and other engineering disciplines
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
- Strong experience with Allen Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix / CompactLogix)
- Proficiency in Rockwell Automation software (Studio 5000 / RSLogix)
- Experience within data centres or critical infrastructure environments (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
- Experience integrating PLCs with SCADA systems
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (additional European languages beneficial)
