About The Role

Cleverbridge is looking for a (Junior) Compliance Manager to complete our Compliance Team. Do you enjoy working in an international company, where every day is different, and you can really have an impact? Then we are looking forward to meeting you.

Your background

  • You have 2-4 years of relevant in-house or consulting experience in (IT) compliance, (IT) audit, or privacy management
  • You are familiar with compliance requirements in the e-commerce, electronic payments and digital marketing field
  • Knowledge of data protection laws
  • Experience in a BaFin regulated field is a plus
  • Experience working with industry-specific local and international standards and regulations like PCI DSS, ISAE is a plus
  • You work very well within diverse global teams and can connect with colleagues from different professional backgrounds
  • You quickly apprehend complex, multidimensional issues and can present them in a comprehensible way to others, especially to non-experts
  • You are decisive and pay close attention to detail
  • You have a bachelor's degree in either legal, economic sciences or business informatics

Your responsibilities

  • Control and further development of our compliance and data privacy management systems and documentation
  • Development of procedures for the implementation of regulatory requirements
  • Preparation of risk analysis under appreciation of the recognized principles and procedures
  • Monitoring and evaluating legal and regulatory developments
  • Advice and support of operational departments on compliance-relevant issues
  • Training of employees on compliance-relevant topics
  • Project support for all departments
