We founded Cleverly to support students and their parents in experiencing their school days with more joy, positive experiences, and less stress. We are convinced that we can achieve this with our holistic online education program (online tutoring and online mentoring) and are therefore looking for the best talents to help us put our mission into action. Since autumn last year, we have joined forces with Complori and now also offer group courses for children who want to learn programming with Minecraft.

Your Mission at Cleverly & Complori

At Cleverly & Complori, you have the chance to grow the company and support children with our USP online mentoring in their school education and development.

In the position of Working Student: Marketing Content & Copy, you will work as part of a team with our experienced Head of Marketing, Yasemin, and a freelance designer. Together, you will build the structures in the marketing department, parallel to all the growing business areas of the company.

YOUR TASKS

• Support in the creation of marketing content (e.g., blog articles, website texts, newsletters, social media)
• Collaboration in the planning and implementation of content and marketing campaigns
• Support with influencer and cooperation campaigns (research, coordination, evaluation)
• Maintenance and further development of our blog and other content formats
• Creation of analyses and learnings on the performance of content and campaigns
• Close collaboration with internal teams and external partners

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are an enrolled student (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or comparable)
• You enjoy writing and have a good feel for language
• Very good German language skills, as well as secure spelling and text proficiency
• Interest in marketing, content, social media, and digital business models
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Creativity, curiosity, and the desire to actively drive things forward
• Good English skills are a plus

3. We want to get to know your technical skills and experience. Depending on your field and experience, we will conduct a technical interview. This could involve a coding task, a design task, a case study, or a project you successfully completed in your previous role.
