The Role
We're looking for a Country Manager to lead our go-to-market efforts in Germany. This is a founding-level type opportunity: you'll be the face of Closers.app in the German market, responsible for building our presence, acquiring our first customers, and shaping how we grow locally.
Responsibilities
- Own our German market entry strategy and execution
- Identify, approach, and close partnerships with real estate agencies, brokers, and proptech networks
- Build and nurture a pipeline of early adopters and design partners
- Represent Closers.app at local industry events and in the real estate community
- Provide structured market feedback to the founding team to shape product and positioning
Qualifications
- Strong network in the German real estate or proptech space
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or market launch roles
- Self-starter mindset --- comfortable operating without a playbook
- Fluent in German and English
