About CoAgentor

CoAgentor is a recently launched AI meeting intelligence platform, having hit top 2% for a Product Hunt, Vercel Day, launch. We help users create AI agents that join live meetings on Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, surfacing real time insights, flagging risks, mapping stakeholders, and helping teams make faster, sharper decisions while the conversation is still happening. Sales, product, ops, marketing, and leadership teams use CoAgentor to turn every meeting into a focused, outcome driven session.

The Role

We are hiring a part time, fully remote Growth Manager to help us scale what is already working and find the next set of unlocks. You will own customer acquisition, sharpen retention, and hunt down the niche opportunities most growth folks walk past. This is a hands on role on a small founding team, so you will ship campaigns, run experiments, dig into data, and talk directly to users and partners. Less reporting up a chain, more building the playbook.

What you will do

  • Drive new user acquisition through creative channels, partnerships, and experiments
  • Build and refine retention strategies that keep customers active and expanding
  • Run analytics end to end, from setting up tracking to pulling the insights that shape what we do next
  • Own growth projects from idea to launch, with real autonomy on scope and timeline
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and go to market motion
  • Keep communication tight with users, partners, and the rest of the team

What we are looking for

  • A creative thinker who spots niche acquisition and partnership angles others miss
  • Strong analytical chops, comfortable letting data guide decisions
  • Excellent communicator who can make strategy and results land clearly and persuasively
  • Background in sales or growth with a real track record of customer acquisition and relationship building
  • Project management instincts: you plan well, execute cleanly, and deliver on time
  • Fluency with analytics tools and frameworks
  • Bonus points for experience with AI products, SaaS, or digital transformation work
  • Proactive and self motivated, you thrive in a remote startup environment with minimal hand holding
