About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Growth to build and execute Retorna's growth engine. You will lead the Growth Marketing team. Your mission will be to scale user acquisition, activation, and retention with experimental rigor and strategic vision.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the end-to-end growth strategy: acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
- Lead and develop the Growth Marketing team.
- Identify and optimize organic and paid distribution channels.
- Define and monitor key KPIs: CAC, LTV, churn, MoM growth, NPS.
- Design experiments, learn fast, and iterate with methodological rigor.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data to build sustainable growth loops.
- Manage the marketing and growth budget with a focus on ROI.
Requirements
- 6+ years in growth or marketing, with 2+ years leading teams.
- Experience in fintech, neobanks, or scaled consumer products.
- T-shaped mindset: strategy + depth in at least one channel.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, or similar).
- Empathetic leadership and cross-functional influence without formal authority.
- Knowledge of migrant communities in LATAM and/or Europe. Fluent Spanish.
