Tasks

• Develop Real-World Software: Build applications for diverse industries, including QA traceability, B2B commerce, financial services, and home energy management.

• Manage the Full Software Lifecycle: Participate in all phases, from requirements gathering and team setup to architecture design, implementation, and production release.

• Master New Technologies: Learn and apply emerging concepts to solve complex client challenges.

• Ensure Code Quality and Documentation: Take ownership of code and documentation that reaches the main branch.

• Drive Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance team and company workflows.

Requirements

• Driven by Continuous Learning: Possess a strong desire for daily learning, experimentation, and genuine interest in the software development field.

• Collaborative Team Player: Thrive in multidisciplinary teams, value open communication, and enjoy sharing knowledge.

• Proficient in Core Programming: Demonstrate expert-level experience with a major programming language (e.g., Typescript, Golang, Rust, Python, C#, C/C++, Java), its type system, and essential tooling.

• API Design Expertise: Proven ability to design and build APIs using common frameworks (e.g., Express, Nest, Gin, Rocket, Flask, Django, .NET, Spring).

• Security and Authentication Knowledge: Solid understanding of authentication systems, security best practices, and open standards (e.g., OIDC).

• Frontend or Mobile Development Experience: Practical experience with a JS/TS frontend framework (e.g., React, Svelte, Angular, Vue) or mobile app development (Flutter, Kotlin, Swift).

• Strong Browser API Understanding: Deep knowledge of common browser APIs.

• Database Modeling Proficiency: Experience with data modeling in relational and NoSQL databases.

• Containerization Familiarity: Basic hands-on experience with Docker and knowledge of the container ecosystem (Kubernetes, Helm).
