Systementwickler Optik - Beleuchtung und Head Up Display (gn)

Your Responsibilities:

• Analysis and development of optical components and concepts in the area of Head-Up Displays
• Concept to series development & prototype design
• Further development of optical simulation tools
• Representing the HUD component to interface partners (customer departments and system suppliers)
• Project documentation and presentation of results

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Mathematics, Physics, or Electrical Engineering. Ideally with a focus on Optics, Photonics, Physical Technology, or Precision Engineering
• Interest in or initial knowledge of optical simulation tools (e.g., Zemax, Matlab)
• Understanding of complex, overarching contexts
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken (minimum B1)
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability for self-organization and willingness to learn new topics
• Service-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills
• Enjoyment of communication with customers and suppliers, and teamwork skills
