GL Accountant –Düsseldorf

As GL Accountant, you'll help ensure our financial operations run smoothly across multiple entities in the Netherlands and Germany --- while working in an ambitious, international and fast-moving environment.

What will you do?

You'll take ownership of the general ledger and month-end close processes while working closely with Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the general ledger for multiple entities across DE
• Preparing month-end close activities, accruals and reconciliations
• Analysing variances and resolving discrepancies proactively
• Supporting VAT filings and audit processes
• Monitoring restaurant cash flows and financial accuracy
• Improving financial processes and identifying efficiencies

What do you bring?

You combine analytical strength with a hands-on mindset and know how to operate in a dynamic business environment.

We're looking for:

• 3--5 years of experience in financial accounting
• Strong knowledge of GL accounting and month-end close
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards / Oracle is a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English skills
