We are growing and are looking for a Customer Service Representative with consulting and sales aspects to join our team as soon as possible, full-time and permanent. In this role, you will be responsible for the 360-degree support and consultation of end consumers for our innovative products in the homecare sector. Within our Customer Service department, you will also be responsible for existing and new customers.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Telephone consultation of customers, field service, clinics, and practices
  • Optimization of our customers' care routine and passing on tips for the daily use of our products
  • New customer registration, order entry, recording of service and product complaints, including quick and clear documentation in the CRM system
  • Ensuring optimal customer care by involving internal interfaces
  • Within your interface function, you are responsible for smooth communication between Customer Service, our field service employees, nurses, and caregivers
  • Telephone support for marketing campaigns, as well as cross- and upselling measures

Your Professional and Personal Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial or nursing apprenticeship
  • Career changers with enthusiasm for health and medical technology are welcome
  • Customer, sales, and service orientation are your focus
  • Passion and interest in health
  • Empathetic, goal-oriented, and confident communication skills and enjoyment of phone calls
  • Flexibility, quick comprehension, and ability for active conversation management
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Confident German (spoken and written); English desirable but not essential
  • Process-oriented and structured work style
