Your Role

As the go-to person for our external and internal customers, you will master the technology.

• In close collaboration with customers and your team, you will develop concepts and solutions that impress everyone.
• You will take responsibility for the operation, further development, and implementation of complex software and system architectures in diverse application landscapes and development environments.
• Together with the team, you will further develop our SaaS solutions and bring these innovations to our customers' IaaS, PaaS, or on-premise systems.
• You will implement solutions for system landscapes based on Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, or other Java software.
• As a Team Lead, you will have disciplinary leadership responsibility:
  • You will lead, develop, and coach your team.
  • You will manage target agreements, feedback, and development discussions.
  • By fostering an open feedback culture, you will make individual strengths visible and support your colleagues in their personal and professional development.
• You are open to new things and enjoy co-developing and shaping future tasks.
• You follow current industry developments and use your sense for trends to help shape change processes and share new insights with the team.
• Your work is highly flexible – you can work from home, at your Communardo location, or occasionally at customer sites.

Your Profile and Your Story

• Are terms like Apache, Single Sign On, Grafana, and PostgreSQL familiar and motivating companions in your daily work?
• Your everyday toolkit includes: Web servers (e.g., Apache, Tomcat, Nginx), authentication (SSO, MFA, SAML), databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL, MSSQL), and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Icinga...).
• Finally, some more technical terms: Configuration Management (Ansible), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Cloud (AWS, Azure) are technical topics that excite you and bring you joy.
• You have proven experience in analyzing log files and aligning next steps with the analysis results.
• You prefer to automate all tedious routine tasks to focus on more exciting topics.
• You are enthusiastic about diverse platforms and system architectures in an increasingly dynamic environment.
• Perhaps you already have an LPIC certification or plan to achieve one soon?
• Experience with Atlassian systems would be an advantage, but we are also happy if you are eager to delve deeper into them.
• You have initial leadership experience.
