Job Description

As a telephone-based care consultant, you will be the first point of contact for individuals in need of care and their families. Your responsibilities include addressing questions about long-term care insurance benefits, providing guidance on advance care directives, and assisting with the search for outpatient or inpatient care facilities. In addition to organizational support, you will offer psychosocial counseling and promote the autonomy of care recipients and their families.

Your Profile

• Experienced registered nurse (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, training as a social insurance specialist or a degree in social pedagogy or social work with relevant professional experience.
• Empathetic and confident demeanor, with a focus on the client's needs.
• Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen and changing situations.
• Proficient in using digital applications.
• Seeking meaningful work with societal relevance.
