We're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (m/f/d) to join an innovation-focused engineering team building a secure, Kubernetes-native intelligence platform deployed across cloud, on-prem and air-gapped environments.

💼 Your Role

You automate ephemeral environments, run demo deployments, validate technical constraints early, and ensure prototypes can be smoothly handed over for productization.

🔥 What You'll Do

• Automate Kubernetes prototype environments (provisioning & teardown)
• Run demo deployments across cloud / on-prem / air-gapped setups
• Validate deployability: networking, security, infra boundaries
• Build observability (OTel, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Deliver handoff packages (Helm charts, runbooks, deployment specs)
• Collaborate closely with Platform & Engineering on GitOps & security standards

🎯 What You Bring

• 4 years SRE / Platform Engineering
• Kubernetes expertise (prod, on-prem, hybrid)
• GitOps (Argo CD / Flux) IaC (Pulumi/Terraform)
• Strong troubleshooting & documentation skills
• Eligible to work in Germany; English required, German a plus
• Bonus: experience in regulated / high-security / air-gapped environments
