Data Entry Analyst

We are hiring a Data Entry Analyst

To support our data operations team in maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality across multiple internal systems --- fully remote.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, clean, and update data across various platforms
• Validate and verify data for completeness and correctness
• Identify inconsistencies and perform basic data quality checks
• Generate simple reports, summaries, and data insights as needed
• Support internal teams by providing timely and accurate data outputs
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity at all times

Requirements:

• Experience in data entry, data administration, or analytical support
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and logical thinking
• Good proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with high precision
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
