Junior Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and data management tasks. This role is ideal for early-career candidates or individuals transitioning into data analytics who want to build practical experience in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from internal systems and sources
• Validate data accuracy and resolve basic inconsistencies
• Perform entry-level analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Prepare simple reports, summaries, and basic data visualizations
• Maintain and update datasets and supporting documentation
• Follow established data analysis and reporting workflows
• Ensure data security, privacy, and confidentiality standards are met
• Track assigned tasks and meet deadlines
• Support senior analysts with ongoing data projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Basic computer and data-handling skills
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets; formulas or charts are a plus
• Ability to follow structured instructions and workflows
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection
• Relevant coursework, training, or entry-level experience is a plus, but not required
