What to Expect

In the HR department, we support the German TSS company and its employees, and also provide consulting services to the business units. Therefore, your area of responsibility is as flexible as it is diverse.

• You will maintain personnel files (digital), HR databases, and employee lists.
• You will assist in the creation of employment contracts, references, and certificates.
• You will support the onboarding and offboarding process for our employees.
• You will work on HR projects such as employer branding, diversity, and employee satisfaction.
• You will research labor law topics or HR trends.
• You will help build and maintain our website, including the career page.
• You will shape our social media activities on LinkedIn.
• You will work on internal HR newsletters and presentations.

What You Should Bring

• You are currently studying Business Administration, (Business) Psychology, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• You have basic knowledge of human resources, ideally through internships, previous working student positions, or seminars.
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• You work reliably and accurately, as HR work often involves sensitive topics.
• You handle confidential information discreetly.
• You can work independently and responsibly.
• You are interested in HR topics such as recruiting, personnel development, or labor law.
