We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Designer to join our team. If you love taking ownership of a product's visual language and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. We have a massive backlog of exciting designs and new features waiting to be brought to life, meaning you will have plenty of highly impactful work from day one!
Tasks
- Create high-quality, user-centric interface designs leveraging our existing Design System.
- Evolving the Design System: Actively maintain and adjust our current Design System by building and integrating new components and elements as the platform scales.
- Shaping the Future: Lead the design process for brand-new modules and upcoming features from concept through to developer handoff.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Iterate and adjust designs based on continuous feedback from Developers, QA, and Product Leadership to ensure technical feasibility and an optimal user experience.
- Handling Ad-Hoc Requests: Step in to create additional platform designs and assets as needed to keep development moving smoothly.
Requirements
- Figma Expertise: Highly proficient in using Figma for end-to-end UI/UX design.
- Design System Mastery: Hands-on experience working strictly within a Design System built with scalable, reusable components and elements.
- System Maintenance: Know how to cleanly update, organize, and expand a Design System in Figma without breaking existing linked designs.
- Adaptability: Comfortable taking feedback and making rapid adjustments based on technical or QA requirements.
- Languages: Fluent in both German and English (C1 level).
