Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual (m/f/d) who can identify, analyze, and effectively prevent fraud and abuse cases at an early stage – in close cooperation with Customer Support, IT, and Compliance/Data Protection.

In this role, you will support us in identifying, analyzing, and effectively preventing fraud and abuse cases related to our benefits portal and user access. You will work closely with internal interfaces and contribute to the further development of processes and prevention measures.

Your Responsibilities in Detail:

• Ongoing review of anomalies (e.g., unusual login/usage patterns, multiple accounts, misuse of voucher codes, resellers)
• Analysis and prioritization of incoming suspicious cases
• Documentation of cases, including traceability of decisions
• Implementation or initiation of appropriate measures (e.g., blocking, forwarding to lawyers)
• Contribution to rules and workflows for abuse prevention
• Close coordination with Customer Support, IT, Compliance/Data Protection, and Sales teams

Your Profile:

• Initial practical experience in one of the areas of fraud, support back-office, or data/process analysis
• Experience with fraud prevention tools (e.g., Risk.Ident) is desirable
• Very good analytical thinking skills and a structured, independent way of working
• High level of diligence in documentation and decision-making
• Confident use of common tools (e.g., MS Office) and the ability to present data understandably and comprehensibly
• Ideally, experience in the e-commerce environment
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
• Motivation to familiarize yourself with topics such as data protection
