Responsibilities

• Processing and tracking customer inquiries.
• Independently carrying out software installations, updates, and system-related, administrative tasks for customers.
• Supporting customers with data migration and interface setup.
• Solving complex customer issues together with developers.
• Documenting and monitoring optimal functionality for the customer and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Good IT knowledge in Windows operating systems, databases, and SQL.
• Knowledge from the logistics sector is advantageous.
• Good Office and presentation skills, as well as English language skills.
• Experience in dealing with users, high service orientation (even by phone), and good argumentation skills.
• Quick comprehension, high initiative, problem-solving competence, and commitment, combined with independent work style and team spirit.
