Your Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager / New Logo Sales (m/f/d) to strengthen our dynamic team. The position is to be filled as soon as possible at our Stuttgart location. There is the possibility of working from home for several days a week or entirely from home within Germany.
  • As an Account Manager in Digital Banking, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and further developing existing partnerships. You will use modern sales methods such as PACTT, MEDDIC, and Solution Selling to identify individual customer needs in discussions with banks and financial service providers and develop customized offers. You will shape the sales process efficiently and customer-orientedly from the initial contact to the contract conclusion. Your work is characterized by team spirit, strategic thinking, and an open eye for new opportunities.   • New customer acquisition in the German-speaking region with a focus on banks and financial service providers
  • Support and expansion of existing customer relationships (focus: Switzerland and Luxembourg) with the aim of increasing revenue and building long-term partnerships with CREALOGIX
  • Identification of cross-selling and up-selling potentials with existing customers
  • Conducting needs analyses, preparing customized offers, and contract negotiations up to closing
  • Close collaboration with Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Project Teams for optimal customer solutions
  • Use and maintenance of the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) for documenting and managing sales activities, including forecasting
  • Creation of account plans for existing customers and follow-up of defined activities
  • Participation in trade fairs, conferences, and customer events for networking and lead generation
  • Application of modern sales methodologies (e.g., PACTT, MEDDIC, Solution Selling)

Your Profile

  • Several years of professional experience in selling software solutions, ideally in the area of Digital Banking or FinTech
  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology, or comparable qualification
  • Experience in New Business Development as well as in managing existing customers
  • Closing confidence and experience in contract negotiation
  • Sound understanding of the process and application landscape in banks
  • Knowledge in the areas of online banking, portal solutions, payment transactions, API integration is an advantage
  • CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot
  • Existing network in the banking environment at various levels (including C-level)
  • Structured, self-reliant way of working and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region and Luxembourg (approx. 45%)
  • Negotiable German and English skills
