We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building software, solving technical problems, and working collaboratively to develop reliable and scalable solutions in a fully remote work environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and features
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders in a remote team environment
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software development best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
- Assist with system design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Learn and apply new technologies and development tools as needed
- Contribute to improving software quality, performance, and reliability
✅ Requirements
- Entry-Level / Junior (0--3+ years of experience, internships included)
- Degree or relevant experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or similar)
- Familiarity with software development principles, databases, APIs, and version control (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative remote team environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn and grow
- Fluent in English
- Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time in Germany
