Remote Customer Care with a Car Company (German Language)

Work remotely from anywhere in the North Portugal (Coimbra and higher)! You've got to be located in the North Portugal (Coimbra and higher).

Salary is EUR 1,500 per month gross with 14 salaries per year with bonuses of EUR 100 per month gross with 12 bonuses per year

• Meal card for EUR 7.23 per day
• Transport card for EUR 20 per month
• Health insurance since day 1 but need to pay a monthly amount. It'll become free after 6 months of contract

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing the office with professionalism and enthusiasm. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Staying updated on the latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
• Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
• Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Your qualifications

We're a great match if you:

• Have a high level of German (C1 written and oral) and a good level of English (B2)
• Have 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Are passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital tech
• Are strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Are excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
• Have passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
