About the Role

Crypto.com is dedicated to accelerating the world's transition to cryptocurrency. As we scale our Exchange App, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker to spearhead our go-to-market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning to drive global user growth and engagement.

This position is ideal for a strategic marketer who excels in fast-paced, high-ownership environments, operating at the intersection of product, data, and creative execution. You will collaborate closely with product managers and growth teams to align feature rollouts, growth campaigns, and user insights into compelling narratives that resonate across diverse geographies and user segments.

Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Positioning

  • Own the growth strategy for the Exchange (Advanced) vertical in partnership with product and strategy teams.
  • Craft compelling narratives and campaigns to differentiate our platform in a competitive global market.
  • Define user personas (e.g., retail traders, crypto newcomers, high-frequency traders) and map tailored journeys in collaboration with data, analytics, and product teams.
  • Lead creative and copy positioning, briefing growth teams for impactful, localized campaigns.
  • Align with product managers on roadmap priorities and customer feedback loops.

2. Launch Execution

  • Manage go-to-market planning for feature launches in partnership with the product team.
  • Conceptualize integrated marketing campaigns across in-app, email, web, social, and earned media for UA execution.
  • Ensure timely, scalable, and data-informed campaigns through collaboration with marketing, growth, and product teams.
  • Coordinate with local market teams and growth to adapt messaging for region-specific rollouts, considering product messaging, local behavior, and competitive landscapes.

3. Customer Insights & Market Intelligence

  • Analyze market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Gather insights through user interviews, feedback loops, and surveys to understand pain points and enhance UX/messaging.
  • Communicate findings to product and growth teams to inform prioritization and positioning.

4. Growth & Retention

  • Design lifecycle programs to drive user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.
  • Develop promotions, streaks, and incentive programs to reward engagement and boost retention.
  • Identify drop-off points and optimize onboarding and reactivation flows with data, analytics, and product teams.

5. Performance & Reporting

  • Define KPIs for funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact in collaboration with Growth and Product teams.
  • Report on performance using tools like GA4, Tableau, and Mixpanel, working closely with analytics and product for rapid iteration.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably with a crypto or financial background.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2C products or platforms, sustainably growing adoption and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and craft persuasive narratives.
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments and a bias for action.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and user research.
  • Experience in regulated industries or financial services is a plus.
