Job Description:

At our company, you can take on responsibility from the very beginning.

• You will review and process applications and support our candidates throughout the application process.
• You will also create and post job advertisements.
• You will coordinate with our specialist departments to identify suitable talents.
• You will further develop recruiting processes by participating in internal projects.
• You will support Active Sourcing via LinkedIn and directly approach interesting profiles.
• You will also support the recruiting team in day-to-day business.

Qualifications:

• You are enrolled in a degree program with a business, economics, or humanities focus.
• You have already gained initial experience in recruiting or HR.
• Ideally, you also have experience in Active Sourcing.
• You work proactively and independently, are team-oriented and have strong communication skills.
• Very good German (min. C1) and English skills complete your profile.
