About the role:
For a fast-growing company in the luxury home fragrance and décor segment, we are looking for a Sales Manager South Germany to build and scale the market across the Netherlands and Belgium.
This is a key commercial role with full ownership of the region & ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and understands how premium brands grow sustainably.
Your mission:
- Own and develop the German market end-to-end
- Build and execute the regional sales strategy
- Manage and grow relationships with key retail and wholesale partners
- Identify new distribution opportunities aligned with the brand's luxury positioning
- Drive revenue growth while protecting brand value and margins
- Act as the local market expert and interface to HQ
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership
Your profile:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in luxury, premium consumer goods, beauty, fashion, or home & lifestyle
- Strong understanding of the wholesale &retail landscape
- Track record of building markets or scaling regions
- Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Fluent in English & German
- Comfortable working remotely with high ownership
