About the role:

For a fast-growing company in the luxury home fragrance and décor segment, we are looking for a Sales Manager South Germany to build and scale the market across the Netherlands and Belgium.

This is a key commercial role with full ownership of the region & ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and understands how premium brands grow sustainably.

Your mission:

  • Own and develop the German market end-to-end
  • Build and execute the regional sales strategy
  • Manage and grow relationships with key retail and wholesale partners
  • Identify new distribution opportunities aligned with the brand's luxury positioning
  • Drive revenue growth while protecting brand value and margins
  • Act as the local market expert and interface to HQ
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in luxury, premium consumer goods, beauty, fashion, or home & lifestyle
  • Strong understanding of the wholesale &retail landscape
  • Track record of building markets or scaling regions
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Fluent in English & German
  • Comfortable working remotely with high ownership
