We at cumpa have been supplying our customers with high-quality, diverse specialty coffees from all over the world since 2018. Our work is based on transparency, quality, and genuine relationships -- globally along the supply chain and within our remote team. We offer modern work models and broad insights into the world of green coffee. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a new team member in sales, effective immediately.

Tasks

  • Identification and approach of potential customers (e-mail, telephone, in person)
  • Presentation and sale of our range of green coffees (B2B)
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Advice on suitable coffees for various roasteries
  • Preparation, execution, and documentation of contract negotiations
  • Maintenance and documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM
  • Analysis of market trends and competitive developments
  • Customer appointments and industry events in Germany and Europe
  • Independent organization of the workday in a remote setup
  • Tasting and evaluation of our product range

Qualification

  • Several years of experience in the German specialty coffee industry
  • Passion for coffee and interest in global supply chains
  • Knowledge of coffee cultivation and production
  • Experience in quality assessment (e.g., cupping)
  • Structured, organized, and independent way of working
  • Enjoyment of communication, consulting, and relationship building
  • Experience in customer acquisition and sales
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Analytical thinking and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel and openness to a remote setup
