The CURRENTA Group is looking for you for the Energy Business Unit.

As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Ensuring the operational readiness of electrical and process control technology as well as the availability of the power plant facilities (steam and compressed air generation) at the Dormagen site.

• Optimization of operating resources in the power plant facilities and technical systems.

• Coordination of maintenance measures in collaboration with operations management, process engineering, and external partners, as well as their independent execution.

• Participation as a specialist in process control technology in safety reviews and risk assessments.

• Independent execution of small to medium-sized projects.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Electrical Engineering / Automation Technology (Diploma / Bachelor) or completed training as a Technician with relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification.

• Knowledge in the field of process control and automation systems, preferably Siemens Energy T3000.

• Ideally, professional experience in the process industry or in the field of energy generation plants.

• Very good German language skills (at least level C2).

• Willingness to provide a police clearance certificate as part of the hiring process.
