Customer Service (m/d/w) Danish-speaking

Responsibilities:

• Support and advise our Danish customers via email and phone
• Process customer inquiries, orders, and complaints
• Solution-oriented clarification of issues until complete customer satisfaction
• Communication with internal departments such as logistics, purchasing, and customer service
• Maintain and document customer inquiries in the system
• Support with questions about products, deliveries, and returns
• Ensure a high service level in the Danish market

Your Profile:

• Initial experience in customer service or support, ideally in e-commerce
• Strong customer orientation, especially in international customer contact
• Good logical reasoning skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach
• Experience with online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is an advantage
• Very good Danish skills as well as good German or English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Structured and reliable way of working, high self-motivation, and team spirit
