Job Description

Your Tasks

  • Acquisition of new customers in field sales (3 days a week) as well as initial telephone contact
  • Creation of offers and contract negotiations
  • Development and implementation of strategic sales approaches
  • Maintenance of customer data and documentation of activities in Salesforce
  • Handover of acquired customers to the existing customer service department

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), marketing communication clerk (m/f/d), or dialog marketing clerk (m/f/d) with initial professional experience, or a completed Bachelor's degree, e.g., in Business Administration with a focus on Sales and Marketing.
  • Valid driver's license class B
  • Preferably experience in sales and in the use of virtual/digital/remote sales techniques as well as digital working methods
  • German language skills at C1 level

We Offer You

  • You will be offered a market-competitive remuneration package with an attractive commission model (uncapped) - with 100% target achievement, you will earn between €85,000 - €90,000 gross per year, including a starting guarantee.
  • We will provide you with a company car from day 1 for private use, as well as complete IT equipment for your home office.
