Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for revenue, growth, and profitability in the Facility Management sector
- Leadership, coaching, and further development of Regional Account Managers and Sales Support functions
- Active support in strategic major deals, especially framework and cooperation agreements
- Strategic planning, management, and coordination of all sales activities in the FM segment
- KPI-based analysis and optimization of sales performance at regional and national levels
- Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements, contract, and quality standards
- Direct reporting line to the Director Trade & Facility Management
How do you ensure sustainable growth in FM sales? At CWS Hygiene, we are looking for a leader who combines market understanding, strategic thinking, and sales strength. You recognize potential, develop your team effectively, and consistently align all activities towards profitable growth and long-term customer relationships.
Your Profile
- Several years of management experience in B2B sales, ideally in Facility Management / Building Management
- Demonstrable success in expanding existing customer relationships, new business areas, and customer potential
- Very good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Confident use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
- Strong network and good understanding of current FM megatrends (sustainability, digitalization, outsourcing/bundling)
