Responsibilities
- Contact person for customer inquiries and interface to operational departments
- Preparation and creation of customer presentations, statistics, and market analyses
- Support for field sales (appointment organization, visit preparation)
- Preparation, execution, and documentation of customer meetings
- Entry and maintenance of all sales-relevant customer information and master data, particularly via our CRM system
- Execution and documentation of quotation and price updates
- If applicable, organization of sales promotions and customer events and support with tender management
- Optional / prospectively also deployment in field sales
Profile
- Commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services
- Professional experience in internal sales, ideally in the field of network logistics
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Confident English skills
- Organizational talent and willingness to perform
