About the DAFI

The DAFI Deutsche Akademie für Informationssicherheit GmbH is ready to take further education in the field of IT and information security to the next level. Our clients include both private and corporate customers. We firmly believe that education is the key to greater self-determination, and through our further education programs, we create the perspective to launch a career: either in the future-oriented industry of IT and information security or through AI competencies with a focus on compliance and cybersecurity.

Employment Options

We are looking for:

• Permanent employment, 15-20 hours / week OR
• Freelancer (Mondays to Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM)

Responsibilities

Become part of the team. This is exactly what we need you for:

• Lectures on AI management and AI application
• Support for our participants
• Continuous improvement of the curriculum
• Creation of teaching materials

Qualifications

We need you. And this is what you bring:

• Motivation: Can't tick all the following boxes yet, but say you want and can develop yourself there? Let's talk.
• Technical Expertise: Practical knowledge, especially in AI application, particularly in several of the following topics: AI fundamentals and strategy, various AI tools for everyday professional life, legal and ethical aspects related to AI (e.g., ISO 42001, EU AI Act, ...), data competence and management, cybersecurity in the context of AI, automation and AI agents.
• Pedagogical Experience: Ideally, initial experience in teaching. E.g.: Professional experience or certificates / further training, ...
• Personal Competencies: You are patient, empathetic, and can flexibly adapt to participants. It's cool if you also critically question the status quo and strive for improvement. Personal and professional (further) education should be important to you.
