As a Cyber Security Compliance Expert*in, you will play a central role in the implementation, coordination, and further development of regulatory and normative requirements in the area of Cyber Security within our group.

WHAT AWAITS YOU

  • Analysis, interpretation, and operational implementation of regulatory requirements in information security and international IT security regulations.
  • Significant contribution to the group-wide implementation, maintenance, and further development of the ISMS according to ISO/IEC 27001.
  • Independent implementation and monitoring of corresponding control mechanisms.
  • Participation in the definition, harmonization, and monitoring of cyber security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, group-specific frameworks).
  • Conducting cyber security gap analyses, risk, and maturity assessments in the context of regulatory requirements.
  • Creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of policies, processes, work instructions, and control mechanisms.
  • Technical advice to departments, IT, information security, data protection, and compliance on regulatory issues.
  • Preparation, support, and follow-up of internal and external audits, assessments, and reviews.
  • Monitoring of regulatory developments and derivation of action requirements for the group.
  • Participation in group-wide projects and working groups in the area of Cyber Security & Governance.
  • Management of international working groups / sub-projects consisting of internal and external Cyber Security experts.

YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR US

  • Completed studies (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Security) or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of IT Security, Information Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and regulatory IT topics.
  • Sound knowledge in (advantageous):
    • NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and comparable regulatory requirements.
    • ISRM, as well as adaptation towards TPCRM ("Third Party Cyber Risk Mgmt.").
    • ISO/IEC 27001 (mandatory practical experience with ISMS).
    • Common cyber security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 2700x).
  • Experience working in large, complex corporate structures is required.
  • Experience in audited environments and required implemented controlling mechanisms.
  • Structured, analytical, and independent way of working.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor towards internal and external stakeholders.
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
