We are currently scaling DTC via Shopify, building and expanding the brand with significant international ambitions.
Founder's Associate (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Founder's Associate to work directly with our founder, Leonie, and help build a globally successful brand. Leonie brings extensive experience in scaling brands, which she will directly apply to ivyclip.
Your Responsibilities
We are at a pivotal moment with exciting developments across new product lines, retail launches, performance marketing scaling, influencer campaigns, new markets, and supply chain expansion. This is not a typical Founder's Associate position; it's an opportunity to learn and experience more in 12 months than in five years in a corporate or consulting role, provided you are ready to take on responsibility.
Marketing & Growth
- Launch and iterate new Shopify landing pages for campaigns and collaborations.
- Set up, brief, and track influencer and creator programs.
- Build and optimize email and retention flows in Klaviyo.
- Assist in setting up and evaluating performance campaigns on Meta/TikTok.
- Coordinate PR and media outreach.
Retail Expansion
- Prepare and support buyer meetings with leading DACH and international retailers.
- Develop sell sheets, pricing models, and trade marketing concepts.
- Manage onboarding processes with new retail partners.
Product & Supply Chain
- Contribute to new product lines, from design briefs to market readiness.
- Communicate with our international manufacturing partners (English).
- Manage inventory planning, logistics, and 3PL coordination.
- Build a scalable supply chain structure.
Strategy & Specials
- Research new markets, categories, and partnerships.
- Develop actionable reports.
- Handle tasks that Leonie cannot manage.
The distribution of responsibilities will depend on your strengths and interests. We will leverage your existing skills and support your growth in areas that excite you most.
Your Qualifications
- Ambition: A desire to found your own company or build a brand, viewing this role as the best available training.
- Generalist with Speed: Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, prioritizing progress over perfection.
- 1-4 years of experience in startups, consulting, VC, e-commerce, brand management, or similar fields. Strong career changers are welcome.
- Structured and Ownership-Driven: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently without micromanagement.
- Hands-on Mentality: Willingness to build things yourself before outsourcing.
- Language Proficiency: German (C2) and English (business fluent).
- Tool Proficiency: Comfortable with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Claude/ChatGPT, etc. Ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Sense of Style: Understanding of what defines a premium brand and the importance of detail.
