YOUR TEAM

Our team consists of around 30 motivated colleagues. We understand the concerns of our customers and provide quick and competent assistance. Whether by phone, email, or chat – we are the first point of contact for technical questions about the software. From simple inquiries to complex cases, we work solution-oriented and with a lot of heart. Our teams are specialized so that everyone can contribute their strengths.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are the competent first point of contact for our customers and their system administrators.
  • You are responsible for telephone and written 1st level support and, as needed, assist with product-specific IT tasks such as installations.
  • You independently handle technical issues and resolve them via phone, email, or chat.

What You Bring

  • You have experience in telephone customer support and a completed apprenticeship in the IT sector, e.g., as a certified IT specialist (Fachinformatiker:in).
  • You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and network technology.
  • Optionally, you have expertise in Linux systems, macOS, and cloud hosting.
  • You have a good understanding of technical contexts.
  • Your social skills, especially your friendly demeanor and patience, set you apart.
  • You value collaborative teamwork as an important component of your personal success.
