About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Entry-level Business Developer to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position perfect for ambitious individuals who want to build a career in B2B sales within the fast-paced EdTech and HR-tech space.
You'll focus on online marketing, sales and client engagement - connecting with potential clients through digital channels, conducting product demos, and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Online Sales & Outreach
- Engage with potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and social media
- Conduct online product demonstrations via video calls
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through consistent communication
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Research and identify potential B2B clients in target markets
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls
- Create personalized outreach messages that resonate with prospects
Presentations & Demos
- Deliver compelling online presentations about our platform
- Participate in webinars and virtual events as a company representative
- Continuously improve presentation skills based on feedback
Market Research
- Stay informed about EdTech and HR-tech market trends
- Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the team
- Contribute ideas for new outreach strategies
What We're Looking For
Education & Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome
- Previous internship or part-time experience in sales/marketing is a plus
Public Speaking & Presentation Skills
- Experience presenting to groups - academic projects, student organizations, or any public setting
- Comfortable speaking on camera for video calls and recordings
- Clear and articulate verbal communication
- Ability to adapt your message to different audiences
Technical Skills
- Comfortable with digital tools: Google Workspace, CRM systems, video conferencing
- Basic understanding of social media for professional use
- English proficiency for business communication
