About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Entry-level Business Developer to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position perfect for ambitious individuals who want to build a career in B2B sales within the fast-paced EdTech and HR-tech space.

You'll focus on online marketing, sales and client engagement - connecting with potential clients through digital channels, conducting product demos, and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Online Sales & Outreach

  • Engage with potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and social media
  • Conduct online product demonstrations via video calls
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through consistent communication
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients in target markets
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls
  • Create personalized outreach messages that resonate with prospects

Presentations & Demos

  • Deliver compelling online presentations about our platform
  • Participate in webinars and virtual events as a company representative
  • Continuously improve presentation skills based on feedback

Market Research

  • Stay informed about EdTech and HR-tech market trends
  • Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the team
  • Contribute ideas for new outreach strategies

What We're Looking For

Education & Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome
  • Previous internship or part-time experience in sales/marketing is a plus

Public Speaking & Presentation Skills

  • Experience presenting to groups - academic projects, student organizations, or any public setting
  • Comfortable speaking on camera for video calls and recordings
  • Clear and articulate verbal communication
  • Ability to adapt your message to different audiences

Technical Skills

  • Comfortable with digital tools: Google Workspace, CRM systems, video conferencing
  • Basic understanding of social media for professional use
  • English proficiency for business communication
